And I surprised Greg with tickets to Le Reve – one of the Cirque du Soleil shows, named after Mr Wynn’s favourite artwork by Picasso – The Dream. It was amazing! It is a blend of acrobatics, diving, and swimming. Everything about the show and performers was just jaw dropping. There are 90 air tanks with breathing tubes built into the pool for performers. Not to mention the performers dive up to 80 ft into a 27ft of water, (doing flips) and make sure they hit the mark as only a small section of the pool is that deep (I held my breath a lot!). All the performers need to be circus and scuba qualified. They change the show every 6 months and each performer has training, personal fitness assessments, dietary assessments, and full medical staff on hand for injuries.I decided that as exciting as it looks to be working on a Cirque show it just sounded wayyyy to demanding!
– You can get a full size plastic guitar that also holds your cocktail/s– just sling it over your shoulder and you’re ready for a big night out.
– Britney has a store with branded goods. No one was in it.
– And even more disturbing was that Greg wanted to see her show.
– There is a costume store for dogs. Seriously. (see pic below)
– Darth Vader is taking over soon.
– There is a lot of fish restaurants (ie all you can eat sushi) – in the desert…..
I’ll leave you with those disturbing thoughts for now….until next time when we go to Death Valley, and the ghost town, and enter the world of Sequoias the largest trees in the world!
